    ALEXTRA recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all children. We will take steps to ensure images of children are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, you should inform the ALEXTRA Chief Welfare Officer immediately.

    Photography, Videography, and Digital Image Locations

    ALEXTRA will not take or share photographs, videos, or other digital images of children and young people beyond our social and digital platforms and our contractually associated sponsor platforms, partners' platforms, without the consent of subjects of the image or their parents or carers. You should discuss the matter of photographs and videos with your child and agree with them about the categories of consent. Female Sports Cartel invites you to use this form to explore their feelings about being photographed and filmed and their images used.

    The use of images and footage appears across ALEXTRA digital platforms.

    In addition to these platforms, we reserve the right to share digital content across new and future social media platforms our brand has a business account with. ALEXTRA co-branded marketing campaigns and promotions with contractually associated sponsors and partners may appear across their social and digital platforms.

    Reason for Use of Images and Footage

    To showcase and promote local, national, and international female sports and be a stage and platform for the joy and development of the female game and wider women’s sports community. To amplify the larger mission of gender equality and equal access. To hero and celebrate our players, coaches, professionals, staff, volunteers, supporters, fans, and families. ALEXTRA will not use the personal details or full names (which means first name and last name) of any child or young person in a photographic image or film, website, or in our printed or digital publications, including marketing communications without the additional expressed written permission.

We seek to work with a range of like-minded organisations that have similar objectives and would adhere to all of our guiding principles. Collaborations may include sponsorship agreements, joint ventures, commissions, consultancy, collaborations, and partnership working.

    Independence

    ALEXTRA must remain independent in all of its decision-making and policies and will not change to benefit a partnership. If there is a possibility that this may be placed in jeopardy, we will withdraw from any such initiative.
